final paycheck and 1yr &1/2 overtime wages
i was hired on 11/07 and i worked as a salaried employee as a receptionist i worked appr 50 hours per week but i was only paid for 40 hrs per week, quit on 5/8/09. i returned the office keys and the 3 company paid for shirts that i was given. i bought 6 of my own which my employer had embroidered. now my employer will not give me my final check because she says she does not want her company logo ''out there'' what can i do to get the money that my ex employer owes me?

Sue her. You have a wage and hour claim to make for the overtime.
