what can i do if i was fired for a conversation that was held with others and i was the only one fired when someonelse made foul statements within the conversation?

Unless you have a written employment agreement, in the state of Florida you can be fired for any reason or no reason. Plain and simple ... nothing.

Now if you were fired for another reason (discrimination), that is another story.
