Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
i got fired from my job today. im a bartender. i was given no reason, but i know its cuz im a guy. Through my year there i was told dont give applications to males, and then i was removed from the higher paying outdoor bar and told because i was a male. i was also told by more than one manager i would get better shifts if i wasnt bald. is there anything i can do??

It is suspicious, but probably not worth pursuing. Difficult to prove and the damages are limited.
