Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I was fired from my job because I told a manger it did not matter either way if we had a discussion as a group or one on one, I got sent home and when asked if I knew why I said I got you and because there was report on me for talking about coworker for not wanting to read during training. I was never given a warning and they also said I was threat but they let me work my whole shift the next day and never called security on me. Do I have a case?

It depends. Most employers nowadays have employees sign an at-will employment contract which allows you to quit without notice/explanation and allows them to fire you just the same. You would need to review your original employment contract details to be sure.
