Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I was fired Nov 1 For what they said was misconduct. It said that I deliberately and knowly committed this and that was not true. I was sick wth bronchitis and was not thinking correctly. I was at work because of the way they passively threaten us with termination if we call out sick. I can not collect unemployment and have loss chance s of other jobs because of this. Is there anything I can do?
