Fired but not paid

I gave my 2 weeks notice Aug 1. I was let go 2 days early and 1 month later have not been paid. All calls and emails go unanswered.

It is usually best to make a written request and provide a period of 10 days or some from receipt for your ER to make payment. If they fail to do so, immediately consult with an attorney and feel free to contact us directly for further assistance.
