flma for dr note of highblood pill for restroom usage on job

my job insist on get flma for this and constantlyquestion make me get dr note on usage of drug and said if go outside of schedule break i have to use flma and not get paid pls tell me if legal or ethical

Many companies require doctor's notes for non schedueled breaks.
