forced resignation

I was forced to resign because I made a complaint when

I was asked by a executive director to act like I was

a cancer patient under going chemotherapy. To get

information about a complaint made by a cancer patient

using are services. Is this legal to force me to resign.

Florida does have a whistle blower statute that, in part, makes it illegal to fire an employee for refusing to commit an illegal act. From your short question I am not sure if what you were asked to do was illegal or only very sleazy. Send me an e-mail if you want to discuss this issue any further.
