Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

i have a friend she was the only employed member of a family of 4, 4 year old and 16 year old childeren. Husband is unemployed. has her terminally ill mother living in her home. mother has been given less than 1 month to live. She has been on Family Medical leave intermittenly (at the agreement of her employer) she was terminated after 9 years for in appropriate conduct towards a supervisor. all evaluatios have been excelent and no explaination of her offence was given. no warnings were given no repromans either writeen or verbal were given.

Does this sound like wrongful termination?
