Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I have a friend that was fired from his job a year ago. He went to court and sued his employer and won this past June. The judge awarded him his job back, benefits, and back pay. His employer appealed the ruling and now only willing to give $10,000 and not give him his job back. The lawyer advised him recently that his former employer will deduct all money he has worked this past year with this new employer (contact employee at the present time). Please advise if this is possible and what steps should he take to get all that was awarded to him by the judge.

You can have your friend call me what you are saying does not make sense. Also I am very good at collecting judgments so I might be able to help.
