Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
A friend is mine is a leasing agent for this man that owns 7 properties. He has decided that my friend is not close enough to work, or something else in his twisted little mind. So he tells her, you have to move into one of the condos of mine and be closer to work, if not, your employment is at stake.
Is there anything she can do? Say? Is there a law that allows her to live anywhere she chooses to and drive to work?

No such law exists. Their employment relationship is governed by contract, if any. If they have an agreement in writing, the employer cannot simply breach it. However, if no written agreement, then the employer can alter the requirements of her employment at any time (unless the requirement is illegal, but here, it is not).
