Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
My friend's employer (manager & nosy co-worker) is spying on her by GPS they put on my friend's car and by having someone follow her. Even she told them that she doesn't want to be spyied on as time off work is none of their business they continue to spy on her. What can she do on her on or legally? Are there any labor law protections in FL for employees being harrased by co-workers on time off?

She should consult with a labor law attorney. The problem is that most labor lawyers that I know want $300 for a consultation. And I hope I am wrong, but I do not think a labor lawyer will be answering this question on here. It would require a bit of research on my part to be able to answer this question. Your friend should try to get a copy of the company policy manual. If it is a large company, they should have one. She can always report someone who is stalking her, it certainly would not be a valid condition of employment that she allow this to occur.
