Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
good afternoon, my question is concerning evidence in an investigation. if the victim writes her statement on paper and says he/she has concrete evidence (documents, paperwork, texts, emails) to support her statement but then later when he/she is interviewed and says they lost all of that information. is her oral or written statement enough evidence to come to a final disposition of probable or no probably cause?
