Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I was harrassed by my boss text messeges of gay man set to my co-worker & my cell phone trying to say I was gay!!!!! Talking bad to my co-worker about me plus had another job lined up and bad mouthing me so I can not get new job saying if you work for me but not for no one else!!! He will make sure you do not gt other job!!!!! 718-257-2114
