Harrassment For WhistleBlowers
If an employer ever were to find out about a whistle blower, can they harrass that employee(that has a good history there for years) or even make up things that aren't even true to give them a reason to terminate?

The Florida "whistle blower" law does protect an employee from retaliation for having been a "whistle blower." If you have been terminated, demoted or disaplined for having complained about some illegal action then you should talk to an employment attorney in detail about your situation.
