Where is it stated if a company pays 100% of your health insurance that it is mantatory to accept it?

I doubt that you will find any law that requires you to accept health insurance that is 100% paid for by your employer. If you have other insurance, that insurance company may by their contract with you, require you to use other policies available to you first. I cannot help but believe there is another part to your question. If you would like to tell me why you do not want to accept paid insurance I might be better able to help you.
