I am a hha that assist with a 90 yr old dementia patient. I live in with the patient just her and myself. The person that has power of attornet doesnt do what she should. She hardly visits, she buys minimum food, and expects me to maintain the client but she doesnt buy whats needed for the patient. When I tell her I need something she always says she doesnt have it. What are my rights?

You have no rights.
If the client is being mistreated by the POA, then you can report the matter to the state agency for elder abuse. It is, of course, possible that when she tells you that she does not have anything that is the truth.
