Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I was hired full time last May, and signed up for company insurance. Three months later when I make my first payment after the probation period, I'm told my desk is closing and I have to look for another job by Jan. 1. Two weeks later, I'm cut to 2 - 3 days a week and made to continue to pay for insurance I can't afford now, nor can I use as I can't afford the deductible, or the 10% of my share of the bills. I was on unemployment when I got this job - took me 6 months to get a job. I can't just find another job because there are none. Help!
