My supervisor keeps on accusing me of stealing and not being at work. I`ev been brought up 5 times for stealing and nothing has been proven yet ,they all ways came up empty,then the human resouce person accused me of being a racist.I had went to the hostpital because and cause of it was I was having a stress attack from my supervisor I`ev worked sence the place opened and I`ev never had had any problems with staff or cleints.I`ev asked to have my files purged and to look over them so I can make sure that they havn`t been putting things in my file.I`ev done a greivence on this person and nothing came of that.when we had the hurricane and everybody was getting there checks early he forgot to get mine had then sat back in his chair and said ''You people should be prepared for this''.I`ev documented everything even the greivence .When all of the other managers started they started at a higher salary than me and I`m now managing two of there facilty`s .thats not fair and I`m getting tired of being treated like this. Ihave close to 30 years of experience and I shouldn`t be treated like this. please help me out what can I do????
