Hourly Pay

If a person gets a doctors note not to work 4 twelve hour days plus 7 days a week, can the employer cut your hourly pay?

Federal law requires your employer to pay you for all hours worked at the minimum wage ($5.15/hour), and Florida law has a minimum wage of $6.40/hour presently. As such, all hours worked must be compensated consistent with these provisions.
