Hours worked vs paid breaks given

In state of florida for hourly employees in a call center/

how many hours can you work without a paid break? And what is the amount of minutes the break must be? Please base

answer on an 8 hr work day/40 hrs per week and indicate if it is different for part time employees. Also any differences if the hours are being paid straight time or overtime would be appreciated.

There are no required breaks under either federal or Florida law (except for minors). Also, if you get breaks, the employer does not have to pay for them - only for hours worked.
