Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I had gotten hurt when I worked for a company but I don't work for them any more and It was years ago but the injury is flaring up again are they still liable for the medical bills for it

If you did not receive work comp medical care for your injury at least once every 12 months, then they have no liability.
