illegal aliens

what rights/options does an illegal alien have If an emplyer who takes advantage of undocumented workers did not pay him. are undocumented workers protected under labor laws? where can a complaint be filed without causing any problems for the illegal worker. This employer hires illegals and then does not pay them. thanks
