illegal biohazard cleanup

i recently did a job that required me to clean up a death scene that our company does not have certification or a license to perform and i cleaned up an inordinate amount of blood and bodily fluids wearing only a mask for pollen and dust and a pair of gloves needless to say im not happy with my employer for making me do this

You can write a letter to protect yourself under the Whistleblower Act. If the employer were to fire you, it would be suspect as retaliation under the Act. If you need a consult for how to write such a letter, please feel free to contact my office.
