Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Is it illegal for a company to store employee socials then leave it completely unsecure for anybodys eyes to see? My idenity is at risk at the fault of a huge corporation...

There is no specific law making it illegal but if your identity is stolen then you may have a civil claim for negligence.
