Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I was just informed that my boss & me are moving to different cubicles. The thing is: they are sitting my boss & another associate behind each other. Theyve both filed complaints against each other. Why would they sit them together? The way the cubes are set up, theres only one way in and one way out. They seriously hate each other. I know I wont be happy with all the tension. HR is aware of the new seating arrangement. I would think they would want to keep them as far apart as possible? We work in the Accounting Dept, 2 different positions (tax and project planning. We don't need to interact with eachother, but there will clearly be a lot on tension. I don't think it would be in their best interest to sit them together? I think theres gonna be trouble!
Let me know what you think!
