Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Invasion of Privacy

Our Union submitted allUnion members names ss numbers and total gross for first 6 months of year to Union attorney. Union attorney turned over all records to one Union person for so-called compliance with a NLRB case. We feel as though this was a gross invasion of privacy. Are we right or can this attorney be allowed to do this under Federal law?

Re: Invasion of Privacy

If this was done in connection with an order of the National Labor Relations Board, or in connection with a case pending before the NLRB, then this would be perfectly legal.
