Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Not sure this would involve an attorney's interaction, but this situation makes me very uncomfortable and has to do with the person I am employed by. I have discovered that I am the only person employed there that is actually on the payroll and paid by check and paying taxes. This is illegal isn't it? I am strongly considering alternative employment as I feel I am being used by this person somehow. Should I be concerned?

Not sure that you have anything to be concerned about but if the other employees are not W-2 it is probably illegal. You could file a complaint with the IRS or maybe the US Department of Labor.
