Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

When my job was eliminated, I filed for unemployment. I have worked for this company for more than 25yrs and am eligible to collect my company pension. Can I still collect unemployment compensation and my pension at the same time? I reside in Florida.

When you file an unemployment claim, you must report all income, including pension income. Based on your claim, the unemployment office will determine whether you are entitled to benefits.
