Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I have a job and 6 month ago I told my job tht I am goin to start school and they said ok so now tht I am goin to start they told me tht they cant change my hours witch someone has the same hours tht I need for the same reason school and thy will not put me on tht same scedual to I feel discriminated agenst and I need to know what to do because the manegers are talking about it when I only told my boss what do I do

Your employer is not required to alter your hours to allow you to go to school.
