Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Job Repositioning

Employer requested job to be relocated from telecomputer to in-house work. Job position replaced with 2 new positions, thereby eliminating current position. Original agreement upon acceptance of position was to work from home and compute to home office when required. Eliminating job no compensation given by Company as Company maintains position offered in-house. Unable due to personal reasons to accept in-house position which would have required moving from home to location of home office. Company aware of personal reasons and my willingness to accept any position. Company in past has created positions when ''business need'' has changed. No offers made. Employed with Company 14 1/2 years.
