Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
My job is trying to get me to sign a form saying that I'm not allowed to say anything obscene, defamatory, harassing, libelous, or threatening to anybody at my job through any social networking sites. Is this a violation of my freedom of speech?

No -- the First Amendment only prohibits the government from restricting your speech.
