Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Hi my name is Kyle. I am 23 years old. I was at work today talking to my boss about my roomate and he out of know were asked "did you sleep with him?, I asked him if he was kidding, and he laughed it off as if it was funny. I got really offended from this. He basicly accused me of being gay. Is this against the law?
