Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Is this against the labor law?
I work for a restaurant. I was hired as a server, for 3.85$ an hour plus tips. My boss told me to go wash dishes still only paying me 3.85 an hour instead of dishwasher pay! Is this allowed?

This sounds like a violation of both U.S. and FL wage laws. If you'd like to discuss whether damages may be recoverable in your situation give me a call for a free consult at 877456WAGE. Damages in these types of cases frequently include payment of any attorneys fees and/or costs of pursuing the money owed to you.
