Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Changes in Labor laws need to happen in Fla.

Ok-All I read is employees having no rights. This right-to-work state is antiquated and ridiculous. Are there any committees, or organizations I can join to try and get this state into the 21st Century and treat people like human beings. I can't believe that this state still gets away with no job security, and paying as little as possible for people to work here. Where do I start-because I'm tired of reading that employers have all the rights.

Thanks

Try writing the Florida legislature--or moving to Montana. That's the only State in the country that has a "wrongful discharge" statute.
