Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Laid off and getting paid

My employer just laid me off due to

the company is in trouble. THey

don't pay their bills and this last

check was not direct deposited due to

low funds. Now I have another

check due and I do not know if I will

get paid.

Is there anything that can be done if

I do not? I do not work for free.
