Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Left job with over 7k in yet to be paid commission
Left job after almost 9 yrs on July 18,
was given a signed commission
report for Aug 08 on 7/28 and was
told it was not the last one....Pymt
should have been in August, I waited
until 9/1 to get status & after various
calls cannot get an answer. Do I have
any recourse?

Sure, you can sue them if they will not pay.
