Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Is it legal to change the scheduled paydate from Jan 1st 2010 to Dec 31st 2009 and they say that the salaried employees will be overpaid (by moving 2010 money into 2009) and pay us for 53 hours instead of 80 for the last 3 payperiods in 2009

Not unless the contract permits it, but I really don't see what the big deal is
