is it legal my employer not to support my health insurance?

Do you mean, can your employer cut off or stop paying your health insurance? Unless it violates a contract you have with your empoloyer, an employer may terminate your health insurance.

Your employer does not need to provide you with health insurance, or provide a group plan you can join, unless it is a written (contract) term of your employment.
