Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Is it legal for an owner of a company to have cameras set up in his business and continually watch his employees from his house with frequent calls to the place of work always telling the employees what to do, what they should be doing if it slows up, etc?

Is their audio on the video feed? Don't think it is illegal to video employees but I believe it would be illegal to have audio without their consent. If you have other questions you can contact my office.
