Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
what legal course if any would i have concerning the following: Three years ago my place of employer hired a new spanish worker as my assistance laterr inn the day she cornered me in our work aera yelling and screaming and crying she had me literly traped aganist the wall, my supervisor who was near by came into the aera and then ran off , nothing was done .... i was told it was reported to corprate ... several instances of my company issued materrial was distroied of witch i have pictures again reported nothing done ... 4 weeks ago a worker stood in the lobby with guest present and started yelling " F$%K Y7U" at me again my manager was present nothing done ...

Try toi find a new job. I don't see any claim worth pursuing. You might go to HR to qwork this out, but I don't see a lawsuit here.
