Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
How long can an employer withhold my check? He threatened to hold my pay for up to 30 days if I do not ship him the supplies but I would rather meet and exchange at our drop off point.

The employer is not allowed to withhold your check. It has to pay you and then if it wants can sue you for return of supplies or civil conversion (theft).
