management labor negotiations

I am currently on our management negotiating team. Our union is forcing us to negotiate after normal business hours. We are all salary employees. Can th union file an Unfair labor practice if we refuse to negotiate after hours.

No, I don't see that as likely since such charges are normally filed against the employer, and if it's the union rather than the employer that is requiring these after hours negotiations, then the employer would appear to be blameless for this situation.
