Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
The manger were I work wants us to sign, a piece of paper saying we can not talk about anyone or anything that happens at work or off the clock with another employee. husband or friend. I do not work for security, medical, or legal. If we do not sign it or if we so and found out that we talk about someone in the office we were told we would be fired. Is this legal? Can she fire me if I do not sign it?
