Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I am about to go out on maternity leave. My company offers no benefits other than FML. I will be using my vacation and sick time the entire time i am gone. I want to know if according to the FMLA if i am out on leave but on sick/vacation time do they have to pay me for paid holodays (i.e. thanksgiving). I read on the Dept. of Laobr site that i should be paid - my company is saying that it is optional.

If you are out on FMLA, then that is without pay. If you are taking sick time or vacation and one of the days is a "paid" holiday, then I would think that you should be paid.
