is there a maximum amount of hours that can be worked by a person in florida

Is the person a minor or a over-the-road truck driver? If not, then not really is there a maximum amount of hours. Employees can work how many hours the employer schedules. The employee should be paid for each hour and time and a half if they work more than 40 in a workweek.
