Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I was out on medical leave and my supervisor told me that she was changing my shift so another employee can get additional training. This was back in July. I was informed today ( December) that this was going to be a permanent change because she is a single parent. Is this discrimination?

Was the leave you took FMLA? By the change in shift are you going to suffer a hardship as a result? Is there a change in compensation or benefits? These are questions that an attorney would need to answer for you. Feel free to learn more about the FMLA on our employee rights blog www.takethisjobnshoveitblog.com or our website www.behrenlaw.com. Feel free to call or a free consultation.
