DO I have to attend a mandatory meeting at a restaurant with my co workers if I do not want to go to a restaurant that serves alcohol

No yu do not have to go, but you can be fired for not attending mandatory meetings.

If based upon relious beliefs, make an ojbection on writing to hr or a supervisor. IF not based upon religious beliefs you may not have a basis to complain
