Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Native American Union Ironworker for 35 years

I'm a North American Indian (Band Member) working for a sub-contractor on a government job in Florida.

What are the laws pertaining to layoffs when others employees are being transferred to new jobs starting up on the same property with the same sub-contractor.
