Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Observing Legal Holidays

I am a full time salaried employee at a retail jewelry store. We are very busy during Holidays such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, day after Thanksgiving, etc. I am required to work those days (which i understand)but do i have the legal right to use that day some other time?
